Backed by Y Combinator, Index Ventures and stellar angels who have backed GitHub, Datadog and Looker. ✨ Currently sitting at about 200 people spread between New York City, London and Berlin, now they are looking for a killer Account Executive to join them as they continue to rapidly grow!

About You:

  • 4+ years in sales in startups, tech or finance.
  • Comfortable closing $50K + ACVs and 3-6 month deal cycles 🏆
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and implement new skills and methodologies and bring best practices into our business

  • You love winning others over. You love selling, learning about prospects' businesses and helping them solve challenges

  • Preferred experience in tech sales or selling to financial services
  • You have strong prospecting skills - and a willingness to use them

Responsibilities:

  • Sell innovative AI decisioning software solution to fintechs, banks and insurance businesses
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target markets, ideal customer profiles and value proposition
  • Manage a pipeline of high-velocity, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities from lead to close, selling annual subscription contracts
  • Source quality outbound sales pipeline from target accounts through prospecting 
  • Qualify and manage new opportunities generated by BDRs and Marketing and hand off new customers to our success team
  • Upsell existing accounts to generate add-on revenue 
  • Leverage best-practice sales methodologies like MEDDICC and Challenger 
  • Use CRM and other sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. 
  • Report to VP Sales in weekly forecast meetings and 1:1s
